Our ultimate goal with our WELLFITT Warriors program is to give you the ability to enjoy and benefit from a healthy and active lifestyle.

When you get involved with WELLFITT Warriors, you have the opportunity to participate in targeted events, races, bike rides, obstacle course races, and much, much more. For our WELLFITT Warriors, we provide training activities to help prepare you along your path to health. This includes group runs, group rides, and many fun, challenging, and exciting other group training events to help get you prepared to conquer challenges as part of our energetic and enthusiastic team.

Lifestyle Event:

Whole Life Challenge Team – a group based, internationally run lifestyle challenge that runs 4 times per year for six weeks at a time.  Learn to put daily lifestyle habits into practice focusing on; nutrition, exercise, mobility, hydration, sleep, mindfulness, and more.  Be part of a team competing on a worldwide scale, to succeed one day at a time.

Running events:

Training Runs:

Fartlek Friday’s – Weekly event – Run out at beautiful Natirar Park in Peapack New Jersey.  Fartlek’s are playful unstructured interval runs.  Work on developing speed and aerobic capacity during these weekly runs.  Each run is a maximum of 2.5 miles and usually takes about a half hour.

Long Run Sunday – Weekly event – Run out of scenic River Road Park in Bedminster New Jersey.  Enjoy a beautiful run through horse country on a mostly unpaved low traffic roads.  Runs average from 4 to 11 miles with many options available.

Highlighted Races:

Spring Half Marathon – New Jersey Half Marathon – April 29, 2018.  Join the Wellfitt Warriors team for a great race to start off the season.  A mostly flat course runs along the New Jersey shoreline.  Run with the team and celebrate together afterword’s.

Summer 5k – Sea Girt 5k – August 4, 2018.  Join the Warriors team for one of the largest and best organized 5k’s of the season.  Train, run and celebrate with the team.

Fall Half Marathon – Philadelphia Half Marathon – TBD November 2018.  Join the Warriors team for a great season closing race.  A challenging run through beautiful Philadelphia and Fairmont Park.  The race starts and finishes in front of the art museum below the famous Rocky steps.

Other Activities:  Let out your inner child!

Obstacle / Adventure / Mud Run – Spartan Sprint Blue Mountain – July 15, 2018.  Enjoy having some fun and getting dirty in a true team event.  Work together to surmount hills, walls, ropes, and spear throwing in a fun and non-competitive team challenge.

Ropes Course Event – TBD – We will be taking a group out to the ropes course to swing and zip line through the treetops.  Have some fun getting active with the group and enjoy a picnic afterwards.

Kickball & Que – TBD – We will be splitting up into teams and enjoying some fun in the park playing kickball and enjoying some BBQ.  Enjoy a great day outside with your Warrior brethren blowing off some steam.
